ACCOMODATIONS - PARTICIPANTS
Participants accomodations at the 2027 CWG will consist of 5 hotels. These hotels are all within walking distance (longest is 7 minute walk) of the Quebec City Convention Centre which will host most of the athlete services throughout the games.

1 king bed = 1 athlete

Addition of rollaway beds in rooms where capacity allows (same bedding quality)

Bathrooms

1 full bathroom per room

For participants with disabilities, one standard bathroom per room, with access to one adapted bathroom for every three participants (beds not assigned).

10:00 p.m. : Quiet time *required by participant hotels
10:30 p.m. : Progressive closure of the Village
11:00 p.m. : Cafeteria closure
11:00 p.m. : Curfew *Deviation needed

No loitering in hotel common areas (hotels are not exclusive to the Games)

Hotel front desks will be instructed to redirect all questions to the HS (e.g., no hotel-managed key distribution once keys have been issued)

No room charges permitted

Security on all floors (security plan to be presented at M2)

No food deliveries permitted to hotel floors or after curfew at participant hotels

Day Schedule : 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

DOPING CONTROL
Sport Integrity Canada will be present at the Games to administer 25 to 30 tests.
All participants and mission staff will be required to complete the online anti-doping education course.
