Walking Distance:      Up to 7 minutes (indoor tunnel access for two hotels)
 

Hours of Operation:      6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Breakfast : 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

• Lunch : 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

• Dinner: 4:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

*Exceptional adjustments to time slots may be considered in order to meet the requirements related to competition schedules.

**Ongoing search for specialized equipment for athletes with reduced mobility, addition of trained volunteers, multiple designated and accessible seating areas for wheelchair users​

General Information:

• Three meals a day, with food stations (cereal bar, salad and sandwich stations) for light meals

• Dedicated service stations for food allergies and special dietary requirements

• Proactive planning to adjust meal schedules based on sport competition schedules

• Nutritionist services for menu planning and dining area organization

• No meals can be consumed outside the cafeteria 

• No outside food is permitted inside the Québec City Convention Centre
